These units are capable of air conditioning and ventilation at the same time. Roof top units provide flexible solutions by using both heating-cooling and ventilation at the same time in projects where both fresh air and exhaust are required.

Roof top units also differ according to the climatic conditions. Only cold models are used in hot climatic conditions. In the middle generation where 4 seasons are experienced, devices with heat pump system are used. In colder regions, natural gas heated and watery, serpentine, heated devices are used. Scroll compressors are used independently in a 2, 3 or 4 circuit cooling system. Condenser and evaporator coils are produced with copper pipes and aluminum fins. Blowing fans are used with radial dense blades or radial sparse blades. Nature-friendly R407c and R410a gases are used in roof top air conditioners.
